This is our second year using an online application process. It worked well last year. Please note that some people had problems if they were using a firewall. In most cases, temporarily disabling the firewall allowed them to submit.

This year, we’ve had reports of an error message suggesting people try again later. In all cases, so far, the application has been received and stored safely in our online database. It may be a problem limited to those people using the Mac OS. We are working to solve it.

But, if you have questions or difficulties using the form, please send an email to Elaine Smith. We suggest waiting to see if you get an email acknowledging your submission within 24 hours before emailing. If you do NOT receive an email from us within 24 hours confirming receipt of your application, please email Elaine. We apologize in advance for these glitches, and thank you for your patience.
